Yvette Marie "Eva" Tokarz age 44, of DeMotte, IN passed away on Saturday May 26, 2012 at University of Chicago, Chicago, IL. She was born on July 30, 1967 in Hammond, IN to Charles and Karen (Hill) Jones. Eva was a 1985 graduate of George Rogers Clark High School in Hammond, IN. On June 23, 1990 she married Anthony "Tony" Tokarz, who survives. She was a Marketing Specialist for Franciscan Alliance. She had been a Guidance Secretary at KV Middle School for 3 yrs prior. Eva was a member of The American Legion Auxiliary DeMotte Post and a Chapter Funding member of Spirit of Woman's Health at Franciscan Alliance. Eva is survived by her loving husband, Tony Tokarz, DeMotte, IN Daughters, Stephanie & Samantha Tokarz, DeMotte, IN; Her parents, Charles & Karen Jones, DeMotte, IN; Maternal grandfather, Harold Hill, Hammond, IN; Grandmother, Beverly Jones, NC; Sisters, Elizabeth (Geoffrey) Craaybeek, DeMotte, IN & Lauren (Timothy) Van Til, Hobart, IN; Brother, Charles (Becky) Jones, Lowell, IN. Mother-in-law, Judy Tokarz, Cedar Lake, IN; Brother-in-law, David (Heather) Tokarz, Wheatfield, IN; Special Aunt, Nancy (John) Ceglarek, DeMotte, IN; Four nieces, six nephews, numerous uncles, aunts & cousins. Preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Jones, Sr & grandmother, Phyllis Hill Friends may call on Friday June 1, 2012 from 3-8 PM at Jackson Funeral Service, DeMotte, IN.
