Mr. Willie was born on October 16, 1935 in Tampa, Fl. He graduated from the Hillsborough High School and enlisted in the United States Army in 1965. Robert never married but did have a long-time mate Susan Jones. Willie and Susan moved to Allegan, Michigan where they conceived there first daughter Rochelle Parker. Robert worked as a fisherman and mechanic but also had other trades that he dabbled in. Willie did not have a church home when he passed on.

Mr. Parker is survived by his daughter and granddaughter, Rochelle Parker and Shavonne Miller, great grands Brenisha Simmons, Vaughndell Miller and Dalilah Wilburn all of Tampa, Florida. 

Willie is preceded in death by his Father Leroy Parker, Mother Betsey Parker his sister, Betty Parker; and her daughter, Kate Jones. Willie Parker Jr. will be cremated in a private ceremony on May 23, 2018. 

A memorial will take place on May 22, 2018 at First Community Church 3370 113th Ave, Allegan, MI 49010
