A Life Devoted to Serving Jehovah

With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.  And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

.....Revelation 21:3, 4

Willie Mae Mathiew, 89, of Houston, Texas, passed Wednesday, April 08, 2020. As dearly addressed, "Mae" was born as Willie Mae Harper on June 17, 1930 to Willie Armstrong Harper and Maggie Allen in Bellville,TX.

She was passionate about sharing her home with the friends; throughout her life she entertained circuit and district overseers and many many friends with the warm social gatherings at her home.

Sis Mathiew was preceeded in death by her parents, one sisterHazel Vaughn, a son James "Butch" Singletary, and one daughter, Linda Singletary-Mayfield.
