He was born on November 4, 1930 to the late Chester and Hazel (Murphy) Howiler in Caldwell, OH. In his free time, William enjoyed fishing, building model airplanes, and sitting on the porch with his wife. William is survived by his children, Jeffrey Howiler, Richard (Tina) Howiler, Scott Howiler, David (Joy) Howiler, Gary (Misty) Howiler, and Beverly Alexander; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.In addition to his parents, William is preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Howiler; daughter, Judith Ann Howiler; granddaughter, Jessica Howiler; and siblings, James Howiler, Walter Howiler, and Betty Howiler.Services will be private.
