William (Bill) Chisum, of Salinas, California, passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on Sunday, April 26, 2015. He was born on October 8, 1926 in Eagle Pass, Texas, and moved to Salinas in 1950 after marrying with his beautiful wife, Olga Chisum, of 65 years. Shortly after relocating to Salinas, Bill purchased and established over the course of 57 years, the well known company, El Aguila Foods. In addition to being an exceptional business owner, real estate investor and stock market enthusiast, Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to many. He was a very health conscious man and loved taking long walks and bike rides through town, while listening to baseball games on his headphones. Bill also enjoyed traveling with his wife, Olga, to some exotic places such as Singapore, Rome, Australia and the Panama Canal. 
William Chisum served in the United States Navy from 1942 to 1946.
William Chisum is survived by his wife, Olga Chisum, their four children, Bill Chisum, Jr (Connie), Russell Chisum, Pamela Mills, and Denise Blake (Buddy). Bill is also survived by eleven grandchildren, including Mallorie Mills (Josh), Michelle Mills, Sydney Chisum, Simon Chisum, Adam Chisum, Shelby Blake, Maizie Blake, Christian Blake, Savannah Blake, David Chisum and Bryan Chisum. William Chisum is also survived by a single great-grandchild, Sebastian Evoniuk.
