YORK Wilfredo Negron, 56, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, in Manhattan, N.Y. He was the husband of Rosa A. Negron. Wilfredo was born on July 13, 1957, in Puerto Rico, to Wilfrido Negron and the late Rosa Maldonado. Wilfredo enjoyed going to church, playing Dominoes, and spending time with family. He is survived by his father, Wilfrido; five brothers, Jose Ernesto Marrero, Noel Lopez, Manuel Marrero, Chino Negron, and Junior Negron; eight sisters, Irma Marrero, Maria Marrero, Zoriada Suarez, Margarita Gonzalez, Nerieda Negron, Maggie Negron, Maribel Negron, and Lizy Negron; nieces; nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 12 p.m. at Salvation Army Hispanic Worship Center, 249 E. South St., York 17403, with Pastor Miquel Robeson officiating.
