Wanda M. ClouseTIFFIN: Wanda M. Clouse, 87, of Tiffin, passed away on March 8, 2017 at Elmwood in Fremont. She was born on May 8, 1929, in Seneca County, to the late Bert William and Juanita (Holtz) Corthell. On August 27, 1949 she married Donald P. Clouse at the St. Mary's Rectory and he preceded her in death on January 26, 2016.Other survivors include her children, Susan (Daniel) Crum of Leo, IN, Dr. Craig A. (Pamela) Clouse of Dayton, Kevin C. (Deborah) Clouse of Granville, and Bart J. (Kathy) Clouse of Tiffin, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.Wanda worked as an office secretary at the Tiffin Chamber of Commerce office, Clouse Insurance and also with her husband, Donald on the family farm. She was a lifetime member of Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of the Church. Wanda was a 1947 graduate of Columbian High School and also attended Bowling Green State University.Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald, a sister, Louise Renninger, two brothers, Burdette H. Corthell and twin brother, Walter M. Corthell.Funeral services for Wanda will be at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, March 11, 2017, at the Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church with Pastor Gary Hicks officiating. Visitation will also be on Saturday, from 11:30 a.m., until the time of the service at the church. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements. Burial will follow the services on Saturday, at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice.
