Walter D. Jankiewicz1947 - 2014Walter D. Jankiewicz, 67, of Kenosha passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at his home surrounded by his loving family.Walter was born on Jan. 31, 1947, in Kenosha, the son of the late Walter B. and Mary (Bernhardt) Jankiewicz. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Bradford H.S. Walter was a member of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Vietnam Era. He married Judy Holzman on March 25, 1978, in Kenosha. Walter was employed at AT&T as a repairman and at Patco for many years. Walter was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and restoring cars.Survivors include his wife, Judy Jankiewicz of Kenosha; children, Josh (Megan) Jankiewicz of Pleasant Prairie, Morgan Jankiewicz of Racine, Dan (Heidi) Jankiewicz of Kenosha, Wendy Jankiewicz of Milwaukee; two brothers, Ronald (Barb) Jankiewicz of Somers and Gary Waas of Oregon; his step-father, Richard Waas of Kenosha; and three grandchildren, Hannah, Oren, and Lily.
