Walter C. Wheeler Jr. better known as "Bubba", was born in Dallas, Texas on September 11, 1956, to Annie Pearl Armstrong (deceased) and Walter C. Wheeler Sr. (deceased). Bubba was born in Arlington Park and later the family moved to Ellum Thicket (North Park) Dallas, Texas where he attended elementary at K.B. Polk, then he attended Pearl C. Anderson Middle School, and graduated in 1975 from Lincoln High School in Dallas, Texas.
Bubba was known to be the best man for the job. He gave a hand where a hand was needed. Bubba was known to all those who were born and bred in Elm Thicket and many other areas. Bubba leaves 4 sisters, Jacqueline F. Williams, Patricia Ann Mims, Carolyn J. Alexander, Brenda J. Wheeler and one brother Bennie C. Wheeler, all of which reside in Dallas, Texas. His nephew's and nieces, James M. Williams, Sir.Christopher A. Williams (Lavesha), Karmen L. Wheeler, Quincy L. Wheeler, Demecia Alexander, all from Dallas, Texas Natasha Alexander-Whitehead (Broderick) (Waxahachie, Texas), and Zaykihah Baaqee. Great nephews and nieces, Mickey L. Wheeler, Heidi M. Williams, Quincy U. Taylor, Devondre J. Gaston, Derrion Carter, Krishell Williams, Dijinay R. Randolph, Wanya T. Alexander, Sir Christropher Williams Jr. and Nevaeh "Ms.Pearl" Alexander. Great-Great nieces and nephews, Landon Wheeler, E'laisha Taylor, Kamiya Williams, all in the Dallas, Texas area. He also leaves family in Dallas, Texas, Springhill, Louisiana, and Bryan, Texas. Special friends Gary Murphy who preceded Him in death, Elourd, and the love of his life Ms.Mary.
