Ourada, Virginia M. "Gina"Virginia M. "Gina" Ourada, 88, Green Bay, died Monday, January 16, 2017. She was born on November 15, 1928, in Green Bay to Matthew and Elnora (Dowen) Joppe.Gina graduated from Green Bay West High School. While in high school, she worked at Dehn's Ice Cream and later worked as an operator at the telephone company. Gina met Francis Ourada and they were married on October 6, 1951. He preceded her in death on February 23, 1997. After they were married she worked at Sears as a sales clerk. During the holidays, she helped her sister, Marge at Parmentier's Ninth Street Floral. Gina enjoyed visiting and working with her sister. She was a member of St. Agnes Parish and later St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish. Gina liked going to their cottage on Shawano Lake and boating. She also enjoyed swimming. Gina and Fran enjoyed their weekly date night together at Lime Stone Castle.She is survived by her children and their spouses, Steve Ourada, Kathy and Dan Jubert, Scott and Brenda Ourada; grandchildren, Jonathan (Brooke), Katy (Derrick), Jacob (Betsy); great-grandchildren, Samantha, Ethan, Addison, Gracie, Triston; sister, Marge Parmentier; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.Gina was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brother and sister-in-law, Jim (Audrey) Joppe.Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, January 20. The Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, January 20, at the funeral home with Deacon Jim Gauthier officiating. Entombment will be in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
