Virginia Brown Hall-Davis 88, passed away peacefully in Salinas on Tuesday, November 25, 2014. The youngest of four children, Virginia was born in Connecticut on February 24, 1926 and moved to California in 1947. After completing her degree at San Jose state College, she worked for over 29 years as an elementary school teacher in the Salinas/Monterey County Public School System. After Virginia retired in 1988 she taught piano for many years. She loved children and she loved teaching. Her talents were in music and art. She was also a dedicated Christian and supported many Christian Mission Projects over the years. She was a member of St. Ansgar's Lutheran Church. Virginia was preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde Hall, in 1955 and her second husband, Donald Davis, in 2014. She is survived by many loving relatives and friends. She will be lovingly placed in her family plot in the Castroville District Cemetery, Moss Landing, CA.. Donations can be made to donors favorite charity.
