Troy Dale Jackson , 67, passed away on April 18, 2017. He was born on April 10, 1950 in El Paso, Texas to JD and Johnnie Jackson. Troy grew up raising cattle and learning to work the farm. After high school, he got his start working in the logging woods and welding. He went on to run heavy equipment and was the sole proprietor of two successful companies. Troy was a savvy businessman who always kept his word and took great pride in outshining the competition. He worked hard to provide for his family. Survivors include his son, JD Jackson; daughter, Carrie Jackson; and his two grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Jackson and his parents. The memorial service for Troy Jackson will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Alamogordo Funeral Home.The Jackson family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the services.
