Trinity Lee Carmack was born to Kadisha Wells and Terwayne Carmack. She transtioned from labor to her promised home in Heaven on Feburay 24,2019 at 11:43p.m. 

Trinity Lee was preceeded in death by her grandmother,Sandra Hickman.

Leaving to cherish her leaving memories are her mother, Kadisha Wells; her father Tewayne Carmack; her three brothers, Tajheem Albul Salaam, Terwayne Carmack Jr, and Tramain Carmack; her great great grandmother, Pauline Doggett; her two great grandmothers, Jacqualine Doggett an Annie Wells; her two great grandfathers, Donald Lee Wells Sr. an James Wray; her grandfathers, Donald Lee Wells Jr and John Carmack; her grandmother, Consuela Wells an host of aunts,uncles, other relatives and friends.
