Tonja Marie Oxley, born on October 12, 1973 to the union of Mr. Alfred Oxley Sr. and Mrs. Ora Taylor Parker in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Out of 5 siblings Tonja was the oldest. She received her education at Dalton Elementary in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and later on graduated from McClymon’s High School in the 12th Grade. She eventually accepted Jesus Christ in her life. Tonja liked to go back and forth from California, to Louisiana, so she could visit her family. Tonja had one daughter Trayshon Marie-Elliott Parker, with Travis Elliott. 

Tonja and Travis met in 2006. In 2009 Tonja had her daughter Trayshon, she loved her very much. She was a very loving and caring person, she liked to cook, and she liked to help her mom around the house. If her mom needed money she would be the first one to give some to her. She will be dearly missed.  

  Family Members preceded her in death are: Grandfather James Taylor Sr., Grandmother Hazel Taylor. 

Left to Cherish memories are: Mom Ora Taylor Parker, Father Alfred Oxley Sr., Stepfather Bennie Parker, siblings and spouses: Tamar Oxley McCree (Kevin), Hazel Oxley Jackson (Elston), Alfreda Oxley, Virginia Oxley, Alfred Oxley Jr. (Sheena), Barry Parker (Sharon), Paul Parker (Sharon), Yolanda Green, Cierra Dumas Parker, (Godsister) Ricuetta, Aunties and Uncles: Johnell Taylor (Yvonne), Charles R. Taylor  (Cynthia), Samuel Taylor (Terri), Robert Taylor (Teresa), Ms. Jean Sterling, Ms. Mary Taylor, Ms. Equilla Taylor; Daughter Trayshon Parker, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, neighbors and friends.
