Havel, Tommie E.Tommie E. Havel, age 66, a Manitowoc resident, died Wednesday morning, November 9, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers, due to an unfortunate traffic accident.He was born on December 21, 1949 in Manitowoc, son of the late Elmer and Doris (Rahmlow) Havel. Tommie loved motorcycles, cars and especially his German Shepherds.Survivors include his life partner for almost 25 years: Peggy Havel, Manitowoc; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Cheri & Jim Pasdo, Manitowoc, Carrie Havel, Two Rivers, Michelle & Calee Welsch, Two Rivers; five grandchildren: Nick, Miranda, Malinda, Heather, Jakob; three great grandchildren: Liam, Iris, Annabelle; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Nancy Wiltman, Missouri, Shirley & Dave Basken, Two Rivers and two nephews: Timothy & Dave. He was preceded in death by his parents.Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc.
