, TX - Tina Heisa (nee: Wynstra), passed away peacefully and went to be with her Lord on Friday, September 4, 2015, after a long struggle with Alzheimers disease. Tina was born on October 22, 1928 in Racine, Wisconsin to Alex and Henrietta (nee: Hogeboom) Wynstra. She grew up in Racine and was united in marriage to the love of her life, Glenn Heisa, on August 8, 1957. Tina was a loving and caring wife and stay-at-home mother and had a giving heart and compassion for others. She enjoyed time spent with her family, traveling and most definitely her daily coffee! Tina is survived by her children Tom Heisa and Nancy (Kevin) Goodman; grandchildren Alexis Heisa, Derek Goodman and Chelsea Goodman; brothers Henry (Susie) Wynstra and Bernie (Marilyn) Wynstra; sisters Grace Walma and Henriette (Rev John) Bylsma, sisters-in-law Shirley Wynstra, Eileen Wynstra, Ruth Wynstra and Irma Heisa and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Glenn; brothers Jacob, Sydney, Charles, Marvin, Alex and Arthur and sisters Hermina Bosman, Theresa Wynstra and Ann Kuiper. Visitation: Thursday, September 10th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas. Funeral service: Friday, September 11th at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Hurst.
