Timothy Charles Melough Timothy Charles Melough of Torrance, California passed away suddenly on October 16, 2016 at the age of 53. Tim was born on February 5, 1963 in Los Angeles and grew up Torrance where he graduated from Bishop Montgomery High School. He was passionate about sports such as football, golf and hockey. Tim especially loved soccer and had a talent for the game at the professional level yet chose to attend college at Dominguez Hills where he graduated and afterwards became an accountant for TRW. He loved anything to do with nature especially the beach, enjoyed Rock n' Roll, liked fishing and working in his garden. Charities such as Wounded Warriors were important to him and he often donated to their cause. Tim is survived by his sister Janine whom fondly remembers when the two danced at her wedding; his sister Evelyn whom cherishes the memory of rocking him in a chair while feeding Tim his bottle; his youngest nephew Kevin loves the memory of the two of them driving top speed in golf carts down steep hills and his older nephew Jason who loved all the days they spent at the park playing with his dog. Tim loved his close friends and relatives from both Canada and Ireland whom all have fond memories with him too. He was preceded in death by his wonderful parents, Charles and Verna Melough, whom he deeply loved. Visitation is scheduled on October 23rd from 2pm-6pm with the Rosary at 4pm at Rice Mortuary located at 5310 Torrance Blvd, Torrance California 90503.
