Benjamin, Thomas Alan 72, of Phoenix passed away on December 30th, 2016. Thomas Alan Benjamin was born on March 1st, 1944 in Chicago, IL to Ben and Lois Benjamin and older siblings, Barbara and Bill. He attended Bradley University where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History. Tom loved history, music and golfing. Shortly after graduating he joined the airlines as a commercial pilot for TWA and that is where his lifetime love of aviation began. Tom and his family relocated to Phoenix in 1976 and where he resided until his passing. Tom is survived by his brother Bill and sister-in-law Kristii, daughter Tamara, son-in-law Matthew and grandson's Aidan and Noah. He also leaves behind his niece Susan and husband Tim and their 4 children- Ryan, Aaron, Jason and Lauren and nephews Kyle and Darren. Tom is preceded in death by his parents and sister.
