Theresa M Farrell, resident of Louisville, KY crossed over to her eternal beginning on September 21, 2018. She was preceded in death by her Father (Charles Rocky III), Mother (Betty Bouteiller-Rocky), and husband of 24 years (Anthony Farrell).

Theresa was an advocate Kentucky Wildcat fan and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two children, son (Charles Sexton) and daughter (Tiffany Farrell) and her 8 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on September 26, 2018 at R.G Headyhome on Bardstown Rd. from 5-8pm. Funeral will be held on September 27,2018 at R.G Headyhome then proceed to Evergreen cementary for final resting from 12-2pm.
