Theodore Earle "Ted" Needham Jr. SREA, MAI died on Friday, August 15, 2014 in Gilbert, Arizona at the age of 78. Ted was born on August 17, 1935 in Yuma, Arizona to Theodore and Gertrude Downey Needham. He graduated from Yuma High School in 1953 and subsequently attended the University of Arizona. He married Patricia Ruth Rogers, his high school sweetheart on April 7, 1956. A long-time Scottsdale resident, he was a co-founder of Real Estate Science Corporation ("RESCO") and was a certified appraiser. His children remember him as a kind and gentle man who encouraged them to live a passionate life. Ted is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia; his children, Teddy Needham III (Anne) and Danalynn Cecil (Chris); brother, Kenneth Needham; sisters, Eloise Needham and Judith Needham; 7 wonderful grandchildren, Emily Needham, Teddy Needham, Conner Cecil, Paige Cecil, Sydney Needham, Cliff Needham, and Josh Needham; numerous nephews and nieces who delighted him throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his brother, Harry Needham; and son, Michael Needham. A funeral is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Mortuary, 1562 E.
