Sylvia is survived by her six siblings; Jean Billings of Hancock, VT, Olive Billings of Barre, VT, Sadie Wheelock of Jericho, VT, Edna (Raymond) Wagner of Newport, VT, George (Sharon) Culver of Hinesburg, VT, and Ira Culver of Charlotte, VT. She was pre-deceased by her sister Genevieve Gillette, and brothers Maurice Culver, Stephen Culver and Stewart Culver.A graveside service will be held in Maple Cemetery, Lincoln, VT in the spring.
