A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 10395 University Ave, Clive, IA 50325 on July 6, 2017 at 10 am. Family will receive friends prior to service beginning at 9 am. A private family burial will be held at a later time. Sylvia, known as "Bobbie" to many, was born on July 6, 1948 to Charles and Florence O'Connor. She grew up in Des Moines where she lived the majority of her life. Bobbie spent many years working in the home health care field, where every patient that she cared for, became a part of her extended family.
