Sue Elizabeth LawhornEtowah, TNSue Elizabeth Lawhorn, 75, formerly of Knoxville, passed away on July 4, 2017. She was born on May 26, 1942 to the late Bruce and Sophia Beeler, Sr. in Maynardville, Tennessee. Sue was self-employed and helped many families in Knoxville by keeping their homes clean, but her greatest passion in life was for her church and for her grandkids of whom she was so proud. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; brother, David Beeler; and stepdaughter, Virginia Brown. Sue leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Pamela (Robbie) Chamberlain; son, Michael Lawhorn; son by marriage, Eddie Lawhorn; brothers, Roy Beeler and Bruce Beeler, Jr.; grandsons, Joseph Chamberlain and Stefan Chamberlain; granddaughter, Shawna Lawhorn and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, June 8, in the chapel of Berry Highland West Funeral Home, 9913 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37932. The family will receive friends from 11 am until service time and interment will follow in Berry Highland West Cemetery. Friends may share condolences online at www.berryhighlandwest.com.
