Steven Edward Stroot49, of New Whiteland, passed away November 14, 2016. Steve was born on February 10, 1967 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late William E. Stroot & Veda A. Otterman. He worked for YRC Freight (The Original LTL Carrier) for 18 years as a truck driver.Steve is survived by his wife of 27 years, Dawn M. Stroot; daughter, Courtney (Adam) Barnes; son, Cory Stroot; sister, Susie M. Stroot Spears (Darrell); two grandchildren, Jase and Bailey Barnes.A funeral service will be held at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory - Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main Street on Saturday, November 19 at 1:00 p.m., with calling from 11:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will be in Mt.
