Steven Daryl HarrisMemphis, TNSteven Daryl Harris, 66 of Memphis, TN died October 4, 2017. He was born on July 13, 1951 to the late Willie "Bill" Harris and Helen T. Harris. He graduated from South Side High School in 1969 and attended Memphis State University. He worked in computer technology at First Tennessee Bank and FedEx. Left to cherish his precious memory are his loving mother, Helen T. Harris; one sister, Gayle (Melvin) Taylor; five children: Jay (LaTarsha) Mitchell, Stacey (Bryant) Nickens, Kellen (Meayna) Harris, Alexander and Alisa Burton; seven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Saturday, October 14, at 11 a.m. - South Germantown Road Church of Christ, 3825 South Germantown Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38125.
