Shelba J. RiceZANESVILLE: Shelba J. Rice, 77, of Zanesville, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Willow Haven Nursing Home.She was born on July 9, 1938 in Woodsfield, Ohio a daughter of the late Arthur and Mabel Watts. She was a past president and trustee of Zanesville Eagles #302, member of Zanesville American Legion Post #29, and a former member of Good Sam Camping Club Chapter 24.She is survived by one son, Michael (Tanya) Rice; three grandchildren, Jonathan Rice, Katie Jo Rice, and T.J. Rice; two great-grandchildren, Mason Rice and Mia Rice; one brother, Bob (Jo) Watts; one sister-in-law, Shirley Rice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Rice; one grandson, Christopher Rice; one brother, Donald Watts; one brother-in-law, Louie Rice.Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 5765 Gladstone Drive, White Cottage where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015.
