Wilson, age 72, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away peacefully following an illness on April 25th, 2013 at home with friends and family at her side. She was born on March 31, 1941 in North Platte, Nebraska to Amos and Lucille Crockett.Sharon grew up in Kinghill, Idaho where she farmed with her family and later moved to Pocatello with her parents. She eventually married and raised her own family, experiencing and celebrating life together, overcoming the tragedies that fell upon them. Over the years, Sharon developed close friendships with a very special group of people that have been there for her from beginning to end. She was loved by everyone who met her. Her smile was contagious and her kindness touched us; she was so easy to love and she will be greatly missed.Sharon was introduced to the love of her life, Lee Wilson, by mutual friends Rose Fuger and William Linton. Sharon and Lee was married on June 1, 1959. She loved spending time with her family and friends, so many she adored. She particularly enjoyed the outdoors often camping and fishing, and also had fun with activities such as bowling and playing horseshoes. She found pleasure and relaxation with reading and playing games on her computer.Sharon was preceded in death by her son, Deon; husband, Lee; parents, Amos and Lucille; and two sisters, Darlene and Linda. She is survived by her three children, Bill, Dirk (and wife Penny), and Kim along with nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Our hearts are saddened, but we're happy to know she is smiling down upon us and is once again with her family in heaven. We know now that when the wind blows, she is just blowing us kisses.A visitation will be held at Downard Funeral Home, 241 North Garfield Ave., Pocatello, Idaho, on Friday, May 3rd, beginning at 6:00 P.M.
