KRZYSTONSharonSharon Krzyston, 74, of Winter Haven, FL and of the Point and Shoreland Community, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 26, 2017. She was born on July 26, 1942 to the late Henry and Mary (Schneider) Lang. She was a 1960 graduate of Whitney Vocational School where she became the first Homecoming Queen. Sharon retired after 20 years from Fresenius Medical Care. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and Bay View Yacht Club. She enjoyed traveling, her family and grandchildren, and spending winters in Florida.She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey L. Erd. Surviving are her loving husband of 52 years, Edward Krzyston; children, Greg (Lynn) Krzyston, Shari (John) Melvin, and Jamie (Jennifer) Krzyston; grandchildren, Bradley, Jeffrey (Courtney Keys), Gregory, Alexa, and Emmah; great-grandchildren, Michael and Olivia; special cousin, Donna (John) Brown; sister, Judy (Joe) Intagliata; sister-in-law, Karen Krzyston; and many nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom will dearly miss her. Visitation will be Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 2 until 8 p.m. at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo, OH 43611. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017 at the funeral home. Father David Cirata will officiate. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
