Shanelle BarkerWASHINGTON - Shanelle D. Barker, 55, of Creve Coeur, formerly of Washington, passed away at 3:51 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2016, at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.She was born on August 20, 1961, in Peoria, the daughter of Clifford and Sandy Morrow Graves Sr. She married Gary Barker.Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Heather Thomas (Ryan), Jackie Smith (Elliott), Jessica Long (Margaret) and Brandi Barker (Jonah); along with her mother. She was blessed with a large family of four brothers, 9 sisters and 10 beautiful grandchildren.Preceding her in death were her father; stepmother, Rose Ann Graves; one brother; and three nephews.Cremation rites have been accorded.
