BURLINGTON - Scott E. Bennett, age 60, passed away on Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was born on June 23, 1953, in Burlington, the son of Richard and Geraldine Bennett. Scott married Barbara Ferber on Feb. 17, 1973, in Waterford. He is survived by his wife, Barb; daughter, Lisa (Frank) Grzesk; son, Shannon (Michelle) Bennett; grandson, Frankie Grzesk; sister, Pam (Jim) Scherff; brother, Lee (Cindy) Bennett; brother-in-law, Alan (Barbara) Ferber; sister-in-law Debbie (Gary) Latus; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Scott was preceded in death by his parents; a brother; and a sister. A private family service will be held at a later date.
