Noel, Sandra Lee (Figgins)Sandra Lee (Figgins) Noel, 75, of Kenosha passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at St. Catherine's Hospital in Kenosha, surrounded by her loving family.Sandra was born on Nov. 19, 1941, in Beloit, to Gylis (Longsine) and Ora O. Figgins. She spent most of her life in Green Bay and Kenosha, where she was known for her talents with ceramics and floral arrangements. Her beautiful hand-crafted pieces would often grace local homes and businesses during the holidays. She loved fashion, decorating, watching movies, spending time with her family, and caring for her pet cats. She was a devout believer in Christ and devoted much of her time to Biblical studies. Survivors include her four children, Lorrie Zizzo (John), Lee Ann Kwiatkowski (John), Lisa Thrams (Noel), and Robert "Robb" Noel; her brother, Olen "Buddy" Figgins Jr. and wife Becky; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Sandra was preceded in death by her step brother, Darrell Topel; her step sister Sally King (Topel); her step brother, David Topel and her parents, Olen J. Figgins (Bud). She was remembered in a ceremony by her close friends and family on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. She was laid to rest at Sunset Ridge Cemetery.
