Our Brother Sam departed this earth on September 25, 2017.

Sam grew up in the small town of Memphis, Tennesse.  He was born to his mother, Ruby (Fluker) Duncan and father, Samuel Fluker Sr.

Brother Sam joined his oldest sister Jackie (Carson) Fluker in his earthly departure.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Olivette (Fluker) Patrick; daughters: Cassandra (Darrington) Fluker, Melissa (Reeders) Fluker, and Candice Fluker. He also leaves behind one son, Aaron Fluker. Brother Sam has a host of grands and great-grands that he loved and cherished so dearly and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was an active member of the The New Covenant Church where he was loved and appreciated.
