Beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Ruth 'Betty' Bowser, 93, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016, at her family home.

She was born on Dec. 21, 1922, in Rural Valley, to Elsie V. Dunmire and George H. Thomas.
