Russel James Brien was born on June 25th 1925. He was the son of Mitch and Flossie Brien. His life was rich with Christian and Cajun values. He served his family, friends, and country with all of his heart living a life of humble service. His precious soul continues to serve and pray for our safe return to heaven. Our family invites you to come celebrate his life at mass at St. Anthony church. Please come and share your stories of this wonderful father, husband, and friend. Visitation will be on Friday December 2, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by your memories of him until mass at 11:00 a.m. His final resting place will be at St. Francis II Cemetery in Houma, Louisiana. You are invited to a celebratory meal after services at St. Anthony Church in the Rev. Gerard C. Hayes Parish Center.
