Rosetta Bell, 66, of San Antonio, Texas, passed Monday, April 30, 2018. Rosetta was born to Earnest Pickens, and Dear Pickens, November 06, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas. She married Sunny Bell in 1983, and they lived together in San Antonio. She also volunteered at the Bampsi Hospital in 2011,2012,2013 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

Rosetta is survived by 4 children: Tashia (JT ), Alfred (Brandi), Torrency (Precious), and Eddie (Symphony).
