McDONALD, Rosemary,86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 30. She was born on January 10, 1931.Rosemary attended Loretta High School and Nazareth College where she received her Masters in Library Science.She worked as a Librarian at Bellarmine University and St. Barnabas Catholic School.Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mary McDonald, and her two sisters, Doris Jean and Mary T. Norris. She is survived by her brother in law, Gene Norris, nephews and nieces, Doug Norris, Lisa (Wayne) Herner, Laura (Kenny) Graven, Cheryl (Joe) Miles, and Nick (Stacy) Norris and 17 great nieces and nephews.Rosemary loved to travel, was an avid reader, very quick witted and had a quiet, calming presence.Her visitation will be at John Paul II Catholic Church, 3042 Hikes Lane from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2017 with Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.Memorial gifts in her honor can be made to Bellarmine University.
