Rose Marie Payne, 84, passed on January 30, 2021. She was born to Irene payne in Cleveland, Ohio on May 24, 1936.

Together they raised 2 children Michelle williams, Richard williams. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren:

*Mone't Davis

*Jason Austin

She lived a full peaceful life and she also passed peacefully in her sleep. If she were here she would say, "Always make your word your bond fore your word is all you have". Rose will be missed dearly.
