Rosalie A. Whyde, 83Winchester - Rosalie A. Whyde, 83, of Winchester, passed away on February 8, 2017 at Parker Health Care in Parker City, Indiana. She was born on July 19, 1933 in Lewis County, KY to Sharon and Nola (Dummitt) Skaggs.She was a homemaker, cleaned houses and ran a seasonal rummage sale for many years. Rosalie enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing cards and cooking. The family would like to give a special thank you to Parker Health Care.She is survived by one daughter, Cathy (Marv) Davis of Brookville, OH; one sister, Gladys Woods of Florence, AL, and one brother, Ora Skaggs of Toledo, OH; her grandchildren, Heather Hamilton (Scott Himes) of Parker City, IN, Brian (Mandy) Mills of Carmel, IN, Jessica, Shane and Danielle Whyde of Indianapolis, IN, Cassie and Dylan Whyde of Winchester, IN; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Verlin Whyde; two sisters, Frances Whyde and Helen Felger; one brother, Sharon Skaggs, Jr.; two sons, Robert "Bob" Whyde and Tim Whyde.Funeral services for Rosalie will be on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester with Pastor Steve Conner officiating.
