Ronald Gene BrownfieldJune 6, 1935 - September 5, 2015Ronald Gene Brownfield was born on June 6, 1935 to Earl and Cora Brownfield along with his twin brother Donald in Nampa, Idaho. He passed away on September 5, 2015 after battling lung cancer.He married Marcella Benoit on November 17, 1958 and to this marriage three daughters were born Lorene, Cathy and Stephanie.He worked for the City of Nampa for 32 years before retiring in 2000.He loved to watch old western television shows and movies.He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Mother, Father, Sister Arloe Laree, Brother John Brownfield, Twin Brother Donald Brownfield and his Daughter Lorene Brownfield.He is survived by his wife, Marcella; and his daughters Cathy (Curtis) Herald, Stephanie (Tim) Hailey; three grandson's Chris Herald, Colt Hailey, Jesse Hailey; and numerous nieces and nephews.The family would like to thank Mary Ann, Susan and Tiffany from Hearts for Hospice.The family will greet friends and family at a viewing and visitation on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel.
