Riel, RobertRobert "Bob" RielRobert Richard Riel, age 70 of Waupun, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at his home.Bob was born on June 11, 1946 in Waupun, a son of Dick and Fern (Oppermann) Riel. He worked at the Oakfield canning factory since he was a teenager. Bob loved to tell jokes and put a smile on everyone's face. Bob is survived by two daughters, Becky (Dave Owens) Riel of Franklin, MA and Talana (Paul) Grunert of Oak Creek; one grandson, Joel Grunert; one sister, Ramona (Arthur) Bennett of South Byron; nieces, nephews; Lucille (Ma) Ninneman, Barb (Don) Stellmacher, other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his wife, Gail; his parents and a brother, Herman John.Visitation for Bob will be held from 10:30 A.M. until the hour of service on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Pella Lutheran Church, 315 South Madison Street, Waupun.A memorial service for Bob will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Pella Lutheran Church with Rev.
