Timm, Robert IRobert I. Timm, 81, Green Bay, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 12, 2017. He was born on March 26, 1936 in Green Bay to the late Irvin and Meta (Kumrow) Timm. After graduation from Appleton High School, he joined the US
Army and was honorably discharged. Bob worked at Gustman Chevrolet in Seymour and became interested in TV repair. He married Carol Gast in Appleton on Sept. 30, 1961. Bob had a long career at Montgomery Wards as a technician which led to him starting his own business, Sunshine TV. His passion was model railroading and was one of the founding members of N.E.W. "O" Gaugers. Bob enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and passed on his love of camping to his children. He truly enjoyed spending time with family and grandkids. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Carol; children, Patty (Randy) Baker, Jeff (Lynn) Timm, Kevin (Michelle) Timm, Amy Timm; three grandchildren, Amber (Chad) Roehrig, Kyle and Kaleb Timm; three great grandchildren, Devin, Katie and Brecken Roehrig; in-laws, Shirley Bond, Ralph (Joan) Gast, Joan Kreutzman, Alvin Gast, Donna (Terry) Kloes; nieces and nephews, Allen (Jean) Timm, Sally Timm, Ken (Joanne) Timm, Kathy Timm.Bob was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David; sister-in-law, Frances; brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Jeanne Gast; Marion and Harry Noack; Jean Noack; Bernice Gast; Russ Kreutzman.Family and friends may call at the Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Service, East-Town location, 2379 East Mason St., on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 4 until 7:00 p.m. A Celebration of His Life will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
