Stenz, Rick K.Rick Kenneth Stenz, age 53, of Fond du Lac, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017. He was born on April 27, 1964 to the late Jerome A. and Gertrude M. (Casper) Stenz in Chilton.Rick graduated from Chilton High School in 1982. He attended Moraine Park Technical College in the mechanical design program and received a Bachelor Degree at Marian University. Rick had worked at Lunda Construction and was currently employed at Fives/Giddings & Lewis for 28 years as a mechanical engineer; 10 of the years were spent working in Germany.Rick was an avid Packer, Badger and Brewer fan. He was an extensive traveler and loved to be oversees. Rick had a golden heart and was a very generous man. Although he did not have children of his own, Rick loved being close to his nieces and nephews. He was a family man; always at the center of family gatherings. Rick is survived by ten siblings, Dan (Carol) Stenz, Jean (Tom) Danor, Linda (Tom) Dvorak, Steve (Christine) Stenz, Sharon (Pete) Rosenow, Nancy (Ron) Woelfel, Gerry (Karen) Stenz, Karen (Tony) Butkovich, Ann (Tim) Knoespel and Mark (Diane) Stenz; 21 nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Wayne and John.Services: Rick's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division Street in Fond du Lac. A private family service was held.
