Richard Weaver, 52Richard Lee Weaver, 52, of Cotter passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017 in Mountain Home. Richard was born on June 24, 1965 in Mountain Home to Marvin and Georgia (Stone) Weaver. He was a heavy equipment operator and was Street Supervisor for the City of Cotter having worked for them seventeen years.He is survived his wife Kathy (Holland) Weaver of the home; two children, Mataya Weaver (Brian Ford) of Mountain Home and Ty Weaver of the home; his mother Georgia Wilder (Milo) of Missouri; two sisters, Vicki Parks (Bo) of Mountain Home and Rhonda Loveall (Harley) of Missouri; brother-in-law, Jim Holland (Tammy) of Harrison; sister-in-law, Debbie Parnell (Harlin) of Flippin; special friends, Donald and Shelly Cranor of Gassville; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; one sister, Sherry and his paternal and maternal grandparents, G. E. and Bertie Weaver and Calvin and Annalee Stone.A visitation will take place from 6 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Gassville Baptist Church. A memorial service will be on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Gassville Baptist Church with Pastor Gary Wise officiating.
