Richard Hess, 55, of Clay, Kentucky, passed Sunday, April 23, 2017. He was born on June 12,1961 in Tulsa,Oklahoma.

He married his wife, Lisa, in 1983, and they lived together in Clay. Richard worked at Alliance Coal all his life.

Richard is survived by his father Richard Hess Sr,and 2 children, Brantley Hess and Kaci Hess. He also is survived by 3 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday April 27 at 3p.m at Vanover Funeral Home.
