"To Everything, There Is A Season And A Time To Every Purpose Under The Heaven."
A Time To Be Born: Richard Coleman of Beaumont, TX was the 10th child to be born to the late Richard Coleman Sr., and late Luelva Coleman on November 10, 1969. He was a lifelong resident of the area.
A Time To Die: On February 11, 2018, this devoted father, caring brother, grandfather, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend was called from this world to join his Heavenly Father, a place of peace and eternal life.
A Time To Live and Serve: Taught by his parents, brothers, and sisters to have self-respect, take personal responsibility, to be fair and honest in all situations, and to always work hard in all endeavors. Richard is what you called a "Jack of all trades". He wore many hats, he was a union member for Bethlehem Steele. He was a Class A Welding Technician, a truck driver, delivering rice and sand to various companies for many years, but what he was known best for throughout his adult life is being the best mechanic you could ever get to fix anything that had a motor.
Richard Coleman had a happy and fulfilled childhood. Richard had the love of restoring and fixing cars in his early teens up to his adulthood. He loved all music and blues was high on the list, especially B.B. King. He taught himself how to play the guitar, harmonica, and the piano. He loved to fish, crab, and hunt. Obviously, an outdoor person. He was the perfect father and grandfather to share and pass on his passion and love for being an outdoorsman.
A Time To Mourn: Living on to celebrate the life and legacy of Richard Coleman five children: sons, Joshua Coleman (Lisa) of Houston, TX; Joseph Coleman (Jasmine) of Houston, TX; Odis Coleman (Brazhel) of Houston, TX; Ardis Coleman (Shardea) of Houston, TX; and Teddrick Coleman of Houston, TX, 8 grandkids, and a host of family and friends.
