Reba Rae (Westlake) Tarr, 25, of Slate Lick passed away Wednesday at UPMC Shadyside, after a hard fought and courageous battle with kidney disease and cancer.She was born on Nov. 8, 1991, in Kittanning, to John and Debbie (Hughes) Westlake.Reba was a former Wyoming state indoor archery champion who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and doing crafts.She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Rick Tarr, whom she married Sept. 19, 2015; her parents, John and Debbie Westlake; and her grandma, Elva Jean Westlake.TARR - There will be no public viewing for Reba Rae (Westlake) Tarr, who died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017.
