Raymundo Angel Jr., 94, of Las Vegas passed away at his home on Nov. 29, 2013 with his granddaughter and great-granddaughter by his side. He was born on Jan. 12, 1919, to his late parents Raymundo Angel Sr. and Lina Angel in Las Vegas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines where he served at Pearl Harbor. He continued his service in the National Guard, his "boys" from the Guard became a big part of his life. He was preceded in death by wife, Dorothy McElroy Angel, and son, Robert Angel.The previous burial was cancelled due to inclement weather. The family of Raymundo would appreciate your attendance at the rescheduled burial at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 10 at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
