Raymond Paul "Red" Marcotte, 44, a native and resident of Thibodaux, was born on Nov. 13, 1968 and passed away on Nov. 15, 2012 at 10 a.m. Burial will take place at a later date. He is survived by his wife, Sibyl Adams Marcotte; his mother, Linda Fay Marcotte; one son, Dylan Adams; one daughter, Kaitlyn Adams; two sisters, Karen Marcotte and Tanya Hudson; four nieces, Brittany Marcotte, Masie and Kasie Hudson, Gracie Dempster; one nephew, Joshua Marcotte; and one great -nephew, Rory Benoit.He was preceded in death by his father, Ramon Marcotte; his maternal grandparents, Joseph "Nick" Malbrough and wife, Mary Hazel Malbrough, his paternal grandparents, Evis Marcotte Sr., and wile Allie Marcotte; six uncles Jerry Joe, Louis Gene Halford, Rushing, Albert, Allen and Evis Jr. Marcotte; and one cousin, Eric Boone. He will be missed dearly by his beloved dogs, Snoopy, Rocky, Tipsy and his cat, Chloe.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the immediate family.Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
