Raymond Garrett, 91, of Little Rock Arkansas, passed Saturday, July 15, 2017. He was born to John and Rose Garrett, June 03, 1926 in Wynne Junction, Arkansas. He married Betty Garrett in 1951, and they lived together in Little Rock.

Raymond worked at Wynne Water Utilities until he retired in 1989.

Raymond is survived by 3 children: Pasty Garrett, Laverne Garrett, and Sandra Garrett. He also is survived by 6 grandchildren: Latesha Garrett, Lakesha Garrett, Julius Garrett, Yolanda Garrett, Latoyia Garrett, and Melissa Garrett.
