Randy L. Topper1959 - 2013Randy L. Topper, 53, of Kenosha, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013, at the Hospice House.He was born on July 3, 1959, to the late Lawrence and Shirley (Paulson) Topper in Barron, WI. He came to Kenosha as a young boy and was educated here.He married Brenda Weston; they later divorced. Randy worked in construction for many years and for several years he managed Arbor Green Apartments.Randy was an avid Packer fan, enjoyed working on cars and was a great handyman.Randy is survived by his children, Randy C. Topper and Corrine Topper, both of Kenosha; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Aubrey and one more on the way; his siblings, Donna Reimer and Craig (Linda) Topper both of Kenosha and his stepfather, Clinton Peet of Chetek, Wis.He was preceded in death by a brother, Brad and his grandparents.Funeral services for Randy will be held on Tuesday, May 7, at 7 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5 p.m. until the time of service. Memorials would be appreciated to the family.
